3. Posting & Approval
- Select post dates via the calendar interface
- XESS Global creates content as per your subscription
- Auto-publishing is possible only upon your approval
- Certain platforms (e.g., TikTok) may require manual posting by the client
4. Payment and Subscriptions
- Services are provided based on your selected plan
- Failure to pay may result in suspension of services
- No refunds are issued for unused calendar slots once the content is in progress
5. Content Ownership
- You retain ownership of the original content
- By submitting materials to XBoard, you grant us rights to edit, schedule, and publish as required
- You agree that you have rights to any content you upload or request
6. Limitations
- We are not liable for API downtime or restrictions of third-party platforms
- Delays caused by failure to approve content on time
- Incorrect or unauthorized account connections
7. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms
- That misuse the platform or publish harmful/illegal content
8. Changes to the Terms
